American Discount Plumbing is based in Phoenix and serves homes and businesses across the Valley. From central Phoenix and Arcadia to Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Paradise Valley, the Sun City communities, and the West Valley, we are probably already working in your neighborhood. Owner Pavel Farcas lives here too, and built this company to serve his own community fairly.

We cover the Valley across three broad areas. The cities below are where we work most; if you do not see yours, call and ask, we very likely serve it.
Central and North Phoenix
Phoenix, Arcadia, Camelback East, Encanto, Deer Valley, North Mountain, North Gateway, Desert View, and Paradise Valley.
This is our home turf, including the older central-Phoenix and Arcadia neighborhoods where slab leaks, aging copper, and historic-home plumbing are common, and the premium Paradise Valley market.
Northeast Valley
Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Tempe, Ahwatukee, and Anthem.
From Scottsdale's custom homes and the well-water properties around Cave Creek and Carefree to Tempe's older and rental housing, we know how these areas are built and where their plumbing tends to fail.
West Valley
Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, Sun City West, Litchfield Park, El Mirage, Goodyear, Avondale, and Buckeye.
This includes the large 55-plus Sun City communities, where water heaters, slab leaks, and accessibility work like walk-in tubs and grab bars are steady needs, and the fast-growing West Valley new-construction areas.

We serve Maricopa County and the surrounding Valley, with parts of Pinal County. For locations more than 50 miles from our Phoenix base, a one-time $75 travel fee applies, which we will always tell you about up front.
Outside our service area
A few outlying areas are outside our service area: we do not currently serve Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Apache Junction, or Queen Creek. If you are in or near one of those and are not sure, give us a call and we will point you in the right direction.
