Pavel has spent nearly four decades in the trade. He trained at a professional plumbing school, worked three years as a plumber in Austria, and came to the United States in 1992. He moved to Arizona in 1996, learned the local trade alongside a plumber from his church and then with a service company, and in 2000 he founded American Discount Plumbing.
He started the company for a simple reason: he believed he could do better work at a fairer price than the companies he had worked for, and treat customers fairly while he was at it. Decades later, that is still the whole idea. Pavel would rather save you money with the right repair and earn a customer for life than push a replacement you do not need, and that reputation, more than any advertising, is why American Discount Plumbing has grown by word of mouth across the Valley.
